Emergency Call Forwarding

Power cuts or other systems failure can often mean that the company telephone system is affected, preventing calls from being made or received.

For customers with Tuxtel-issued telephone numbers, we are able to divert some or all inbound calls to designated mobiles or other land line numbers as a temporary measure. A temporary hunt-group can be established consisting of a mixture of mobile phones and land lines. Inbound calls will be evenly ditributed to recipients within the hunt group.

The customer will pay for the forwarded leg of each call, but this is a small price to pay for a system that ensures the continued handling of calls until order is restored.

Tuxtel advises all customers to provide an emergency routing number map in advance of such an event happening.
